1, Affiliates agree not to promote their personal discount codes on any website or
social media platform other than their own. If the code is picked up by coupon sites,
Almond Cow has full authority to change the affiliate code in order tomaintain
fairness to the company and our team and other affiliate influencers.  Commissions earned after coupon leak will only be honored at Almond Cow's discretion.

2. All new affiliates agree to provide a testimonial in support of Almond Cow and/or its
products within onemonth of this agreement. The affiliate influencer transfers all
rights to this testimonial and permits Almond Cow to use the quote in all company
marketing and content creation during the duration of the contract.

3. The affiliate is aware that their acceptance into the affiliate program as well as their
personal promotional code expires 1 year from execution of this agreement, at which
time the affiliate influencer is welcome to reapply and receive a new code.

4. Almond Cow reserves the right to sever this agreement at any time during the
duration of the agreement, without cause.We recommend that you are regularly
producing new content to promote your affiliate code in order to ensure continued
participation in the program.

5. By accepting this agreement, you agree to tag Almond Cow social handles in any and all content related to the brand.  Almond Cow reserves the right to reuse any content for it's own channels.
